Na Ninja Gaiden, Ninja Gaiden Black en Ninja Gaiden Sigma keert de eerste reboot-Ninja Gaiden opnieuw terug in de vorm van Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus voor de PlayStation Vita. De game verscheen op 22 februari in Europa.
De game is dus reeds enkele dagen beschikbaar, maat de Trophy lijst is nu pas opgedoken aangezien deze op een andere manier worden toegevoegd dan PlayStation 3 trophy-lijsten. In deze game kunnen we 51 Trophies verdienen, waarvan er negentien niet geheim zijn. Deze negentien vind je in onderstaande lijst.
