Ontwikkelhuis Square Enix werkt momenteel aan een PlayStation 4-overzetting van de PlayStation 2-game Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. Het gaat om een accurate port van de Science Fiction Role Playing Game waarin de grootste verandering de toevoeging van Trophies is.
Het gaat om een set van dertig Trophies, waaronder één Platinum Trophy. Onderstaande lijst bevat onder andere de geheime verhalende Trophies die de speler dient te verdienen om de Platinum te behalen.
